BEGINNER YOGA

New to yoga or just want to get back to basics? Beginner yoga is a safe place to be introduced to the world of yoga. This class will focus on basic postures, correct alignment, and how to focus on tuning into your own breath and body to find the version of poses that suit each yogi individually. This practice is perfect for those new to yoga, aiming to gradually build strength, reduce stress, and enhance mindfulness.
"UHANE" BARRE

Uhane Barre is a full-body, low impact workout including strength conditioning, light cardio and mindfulness. SOUND HEALING SOUL SESSIONS w/Tiare
Come join me and my crystal bowls as we take a journey through a guided meditation and healing sound bath. Each crystal bowl resonates with each chakra to cleanse and clear with beautiful vibrational healing frequencies. I also incorporate other instruments to enhance the sound experience. Each class will be different and will also include Hawaiian Chanting and singing to ground and connect with high vibrational frequencies to help you relax, clear stress and any blockages, and move any energetic and emotional stagnation from your body. As you bathe in the essence of these beautiful energies, it will help you to be present in your physical body and bring about any awareness to you spiritually, emotionally, and physically. The intention of this class is to bring about positive changes to you and your body tissues and cells to enhance your well-being while bringing your body back to peace and harmony.
YOGA LEVEL 1 & 2

Whether building the foundation of a new practice or strengthening an established one, this class offers the opportunity to cultivate the subtle nature of each pose. Postures are held longer, allowing time and space for practitioners to refine alignment and feel more deeply into each posture.
YOGA RESTORATIVE (STRESS RESILIENCE)

We all encounter stress, it is a part of the human experience. The capacity to withstand, or to recover quickly from difficulties, supports our ability to live a more fulfilled life. Stress Resilience practice is a combination of breathing techniques, meditation, mindfulness and gentle yoga poses.
The style with which I teach is cultivated from a myriad of teachers, experiences and practices. Hatha, Kundalini and Iyenga yoga strongly influence my class themes and sequences. Breathing practices, mindfulness, meditations, postures & physical movements sculpt each of my Stress Resilience classes. Join a practice and treat yourself to an hour of focused self care, from the mat!
MAT PILATES

Please join me in a contemporary style mixed levels Pilates class that enhances your inner and outer alignment through the mind-body connection, Pilates exercises and graceful movements. We will flow on our mats with our core as our guide to strengthen and lengthen our muscles to improve posture, balance and flexibility. This class is for novices to experts and everyone in between. This class will be joy-led so come ready to work hard, move with grace, smile and drop into our bodies on the mat.
LAUGHTER YOGA

Laughter Yoga (LY) combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing techniques which brings more oxygen to your body and brain. LY exercises can reduce stress, make your immune system stronger and keep your mind positive during challenging times. The LY practice is followed by restorative yoga to balance your nervous system.
