BEGINNER YOGA

New to yoga or just want to get back to basics? Beginner yoga is a safe place to be introduced to the world of yoga. This class will focus on basic postures, correct alignment, and how to focus on tuning into your own breath and body to find the version of poses that suit each yogi individually. This practice is perfect for those new to yoga, aiming to gradually build strength, reduce stress, and enhance mindfulness.
"UHANE" BARRE

Uhane Barre is a full-body, low impact workout including strength conditioning, light cardio and mindfulness. MAT PILATES LEVEL 1

Level one mat pilates class designed to bring awareness into your body as you strengthen your core. With precision and control you will achieve greater alignment, strength and endurance. This is a great class for beginners or anyone looking to work on their form and technique.
MAP PILATES "SCULPT"

Muscle toning class focused on building core strength. Come ready to get your sweat on as you focus on strengthening and sculpting.
MAT PILATES MIXED LEVEL

Mixed level mat pilates class welcomes all levels of contemporary Pilates practice. The focus on each class is to build strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. There will be modifications for those who are newer to pilates and variations for those who are more experienced.
YOGA STRESS RESILIENCE

We all encounter stress, it is a part of the human experience. The capacity to withstand, or to recover quickly from difficulties, supports our ability to live a more fulfilled life. Stress Resilience practice is a combination of breathing techniques, meditation, mindfulness and gentle yoga poses.
The style with which I teach is cultivated from a myriad of teachers, experiences and practices. Hatha, Kundalini and Iyenga yoga strongly influence my class themes and sequences. Breathing practices, mindfulness, meditations, postures & physical movements sculpt each of my Stress Resilience classes. Join a practice and treat yourself to an hour of focused self care, from the mat!

This class is a dynamic and flowing style that synchronizes movement with breath. It involves transitioning between poses in a sequence, creating a continuous and meditative practice. This class helps improve flexibility, strength, and balance while cultivating a sense of mindfulness and connection between the body and mind.
