Gracie is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer with a strong foundation in anatomy, movement, and body awareness. She graduated from Aloha Massage Academy and continues to expand her skill set through additional training in Lomi Lomi, lymphatic drainage, and myofascial release.

Before becoming a massage therapist, Gracie worked as a personal trainer, helping clients build strength and develop a deeper connection to their bodies. She also gained experience in spa settings, where she refined a grounding, client-centered approach focused on comfort and relaxation. Massage therapy became a natural progression in her journey, allowing her to further understand the body and support her clients on a more holistic level.

By integrating her backgrounds in both massage and fitness, Gracie brings a unique ability to assess how the body moves, identify the origins of tension, and facilitate meaningful release. She specializes in deep tissue work and is passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies.
