Yoga Workshop: The Sweet Side
Join guest teacher Victoria Williams for a yoga flow workshop dedicated to the side body, to awaken the supportive muscles of the core, improve breathing, and tap into deeper presence. More than just your torso, we’ll find opening and strengthening along the entire lateral line of the body, including outer hips, shoulders, and neck. With a combination of vinyasa, pranayama, and meditation, this is a beautiful seasonal practice to feel supported and easeful as we transition toward the end of the year!
