My journey with bodywork began in 2011 when I became a licensed chiropractic assistant. For four years, I worked alongside doctors, acupuncturists, and massage therapists learning many healing modalities as well as stretches and exercises to help our patients feel better and recover from injury.
With an undergraduate degree in human biology, a 650 hour massage diploma, and 14 years teaching yoga, I have a strong anatomy and kinesiology background that gives my clients confidence they are in good hands.
More recently, I traveled around the world working in spas and eco resorts. This is where I found the yin to my yang style of massage practice. Now I enjoy incorporating therapeutic techniques into spa treatments and I absolutely love pampering my guests.
Before our session begins, I will ask you a few questions to get to know your current needs and goals. That will help me develop a individualized treatment that optimizes our time together and perfectly combines the therapies.
