With a lifelong passion for health and fitness I am elated that I have found the study and practice of massage therapy. My intention is to assist you in the process of finding your body's homeostasis, meaning the balance that can help you live a stress-free, fulfilling life. At times, it's easy to miss out on the truth within. However, connecting with the inner rhythm of your body can be the opening to harmony and wellness. I use a wide variety of therapeutic massage techniques that create deep relaxation and also balance in the musculoskeletal system. In addition to improving physical health and longevity, therapeutic massage can greatly improve mental health, sleep patterns, boost the immune system, and increase the range of motion and flexibility of people of all walks of life. This is one way to gracefully and naturally enhance your life and dramatically improve the quality of your daily routine. I strongly believe every person is unique, therefore I listen carefully to craft individualized plans to maximize the therapeutic effects. My practice is focused and every movement is intensional to tune in with the rhythm of your body. Our bodies have a story to tell, and if we're willing to listen closely, we can unlock the key to feeling healthy, energized, and blissfully happy. I look forward to working with you to help you feel your very best!
I am proud to say that I had the opportunity to study with the amazing Angela Leslie, and I further focused on areas such as Lomi lomi, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, therapeutic cupping, pregnancy, sports massage, and Reiki. My other passions include, adventures with my son, weightlifting, jumping rope, and enjoying the beauty of Hawaii.
