The desire to shift my own static lifestyle towards one of movement, action, and adventure has paved the way for my journey as a massage therapist. I graduated from the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, California where I was introduced to a dozen modalities a few that resonated with me would include Swedish, Shiatsu, Energy work, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Therapy, Sports Massage, and Thai Massage. I believe massage is a means of communication, between practitioner and client as well as ourselves and our individual bodies, receiving allows us time and space to listen to our physical body, emotional sensations, and mental states. As a practitioner I strive to facilitate that space for all my clients to receive what they as individual need to receive to bring health, wealth, and balance into their lives.
After I graduated I was intrigued in the Hawaiian and Polynesian healing arts.
